The non-magic fanatics
- Group of people that are strictly against using magic
- some people accept magic but avoid it
- still friendly to magic users
- some are fanatics that are aggressive towards magic users
- some even go so far to kill and hunt down magic users
- some people accept magic but avoid it
- As magic only exists in the Skyrim world they only can exist there?
- maybe as portals open to the human world the non-magic believe spreads also to the human world?
